8x8 HDMI Matrix – Full 18G signal processing throughout the entire signal path, from input to output. Capable of handling HDR signals and resolutions up to 4K60 4:4:4 with a total bandwidth of 18Gbps.
Seamless Switcher - Switching is performed seamlessly with no black between the video transition this will ensure when used in various environments with different video sources and displays the image will not be impacted with signal loss which is more visual pleasing
4K Scaler - Scaling is performed by controlling the ‘Refresh Rate’ and ‘Resolution’. Each output can be independently scaled up or down from a very extensive range of resolutions and refresh rate options.
Video Wall Processor - Video Wall processing settings can be used to create multiple Video Walls using some or all of the 8x HDMI outputs. The functions include ‘Stitch/Un-Stitch’ to place any of the 8x outputs in/out of a video wall. Whilst unstitched from the video wall any of the 8x inputs can be selected independently from the video walls source. These configurations can be saved as Scenes which are recalled via pre-set memory locations.
Bezel Compensation – Adjusts the rendering to avoid a disjointed look due to the existence of a framing around your display. This produces a more continuous image across the displays and provides a more realistic experience.
Audio Embedder and De-embedder - Audio embedding via Analogue Audio Inputs using 3.5mm TRS Jacks.
The De-embed Audio outputs can choose between any of the 8x inputs. Outputs are via 3.5mm TRS Jacks. The audio will follow video.
EDID Management - This unit has several EDID options, and also the ability to utilise any of the onboard pre-set EDIDs settings, which can be fed to any input selectively. Read EDID from any output and import EDIDs '.bin' files.
HDCP Control - Support and ‘Management of HDCP’ ensures compatibility, allowing you to control the HDCP for each output. You can convert from HDCP 2.2 down to HDCP 1.4, or simply put the unit into Cascade Mode to allow for operation of mixed HDCP version equipment.
Video Tuning - Fine Tuning of the picture is afforded via the ‘PQ’ function which is accessible through the Web GUI.
Pre-Sets - The current matrix routing configuration can be stored into 8 Pre-Sets. These may be recalled by using the front panel buttons, RS232 or PC App.
IR Matrix - Bi-directional control of connected sources and displays may be carried out by utilising the built-in Infra-Red Matrix system. The discreet IR control will follow the Video Selections.
Input/Output locking - Front Panel control can be set to 'Panel lock' this feature is will stop accidental switching of the unit from the front panel buttons
Control - Control of the many signal routing and signal handling choices can be carried out via Front panel buttons, PC App, RS232, TCP/IP, Web GUI.
Web GUI - Offers refined simplistic control of parameters.
PC App - Offers the most complete control over all settings including customisable Input and Output name labels.
Front panel – Control of all video routing, scaling, Presents and EDID Management. This unit has a unique button locking system which will allow selected inputs and/or outputs to but locked, ensuring no accidental switching can occur.
Out of the box, it will operate as a fully-fledged seamless 4K scaling 8x8 Matrix with video walling. All these amazing features are packed in an easy to install 19” 1U rack-mount unit, with simplistic control, making it suitable for a wide variety of applications within the residential, education, commercial and hospitality sectors.
