Large Capacity Battery, Complied with IATA
Since the large capacity batteries are quite necessary, SWIT provides the solution of Dividable Battery to comply with IATA regulations. S-8192S can be divided into 2 parts, and each part contains 92Wh capacity, not restricted by air transportation. And when using S-8192S, just assemble the 2 parts, you can get a Li-ion battery pack of 184Wh large capacity.

184Wh / 12.8Ah High Capacity
When assembled, the S-8192S consists of 20pcs 18650 battery cells, and reaches 184Wh / 12.8Ah high capacity.S-8192S can run approx 6 hours for normal 30W ENG cameras, and has no problem to fly with.

Reliable V-mount Connection
S-8192S is the standard SONY V-mount connection and we adopt the high quality metal V-wedge that ensures the reliable mounting.

Built-in D-tap DC Output Socket
A D-tap DC output socket is equipped on the top side of S-8192S battery, for DC14.4V (Nominate) connection, such as on-camera lights, monitors, wireless transmitter, etc. The Max Power from D-tap is 100W, 8A.

4-level LED Power Indicator
On the side of the battery, there’re 4-level LED power indicators to check the battery remaining capacity. You can get a quick view of capacity before using.

Adopted high quality Lithium cells
Over more than 15 years, SWIT has been leading brand of broadcast camera batteries. The first reason is the high quality Lithium cells we adopted.

The high quality cells featured long life, durable, safety, and most of all, the cells has very little difference to each other, which ensures the high performance of the whole battery pack.

Moreover, the cells we’re using, have a smooth discharging curve by voltage, so that you can judge the remaining running time accordingly. Also when in storage, the self-discharging rates are very little, that extends the battery life effectively.

Strong and Durable Housing
Adopt the thicker and wider nickel slice to solder the cells, minimize the voltage drop, dissipate heating, and enhance the assembly intensity. The cells are arranged as triangular structure in the battery pack, stable and anti-shock. The cell holder inside can protect the cells pack, and separate the circuit board from the cells, to keep the boards away from internal pressure and ensure a stable working.

Multiple Safety Protection Design
The battery has an MCU to measure and record the real time data, and will cut off power when over-voltage, under-voltage, over-
current, high-temperature of low-temperature is detected. Meanwhile, the battery housing adopts high-impact ABS material, with waist design and non-slip tread for secure handling.

Cell balance adjustment
After the batteries are used for a period of time, the cells voltage might get difference, and our specially designed circuit can optimize
the imbalanced cells, to prolong the battery life.

SWIT D-3004S 4 Way Charger

With Max 200W power, the D-3004S can charge 4pcs V-mount camera batteries simultaneously. The charging output is DC15-20V, 2A each channel.

LED Charging Indicators for Each Channel
The D-3004S has LED charging indicators on the front panel, display the real time capacity percentage of each channel when charging.

Discharging Function
When the batteries will not be used for a period of time, it is recommended that keep half capacity in the batteries before storage, to ensure a good condition of the cells and prolong the battery life.

So the CH-1 channel of D-3004S can discharge the battery. Mount the battery on CH-1, and press “OPTIMIZE” button on the front panel, the battery will start to discharge at average 1A current.

Optimal Charging Curve
Li-ion charging follows a two-period approach.

The first period is constant-current. The battery is charged at the maximum charging rate. When the battery reaches a specified set-point voltage, charging circuits switch to the second period: the constant-voltage period.

The charging circuit will provide only enough current to maintain the voltage, to prevent the battery from over charging.

Multiple Safety Protection Design
SWIT charger can identify different chemical types of batteries, and provide the correct charging program, to protect the batteries from over current, over charging, high temperature, etc.
