How Long Does this Coverage Last

Only the original purchaser of this product is covered under this limited warranty.
This limited warranty is not transferable to subsequent purchasers or owners of this

Paralinx – 12 months
Paralinx warranties to the first end-user, that any new Wireless System will, under normal use, be
free from defects in workmanship and materials when received in its original container for a
period of One (1) Year from the purchase date, according to the original sales receipt or invoice.
Paralinx warranties to the first end-user that all Paralinx Cables and other Paralinx-branded
Accessories will, under normal use, be free from defects in workmanship and materials when
received in its original container for a period of Ninety (90) Days from the purchase date,
according to the original sales receipt or invoice.
Paralinx warranties to the first end-user that all repaired or replaced Wireless Systems will, under
normal use, be free from defects in workmanship and materials when received in its original
container for a period of Ninety (90) Days from the paid date, according to the repair receipt or
invoice.
This warranty is extended to the purchasing end-user only and proof of purchase is necessary to
honor the warranty. If there is no proof of purchase provided with a warranty claim, Paralinx
reserves the right to apply charges for parts and labor where they may be applicable.
This warranty does not apply to product exterior and cosmetics. Misuse, abnormal or
unauthorized service or handling, alterations or modifications in design, construction and/or use,
void this warranty. No sales personnel, representative, dealer, distributor or any other person is
authorized to make any warranty other than the parameters outlined above or to extend the
duration of any warranties on behalf of Paralinx beyond the time period described above.
SmallHD – 12 months
SmallHD electronic devices come with a one year limited hardware warranty. The limited hardware
warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of our products. DP4 Warranty – 1 Year AC7

Year Warranty specifics:
Warranty period begins on date of shipment
Warranty is non-transferable; products not purchased directly from SmallHD or SmallHD
approved affiliates and distributors do not qualify for warranty coverage.
The customer shall be responsible for paying shipping charges required to return products to
SmallHD for warranty repair. SmallHD shall pay for shipping of repaired products to the customer.
Dead Pixel Policy: 3 or more dead pixels warrants a replacement under the standard SmallHD
warranty.

Problems resulting from accidents, abuse, or misuse
Problems resulting from electrical power source issues
3rd-party servicing not authorized by SmallHD
Failure to follow product instructions
Water damage
Scratches to the body or panel that occur as part of normal use
Burn In Policy: Burn in/ Image retention is when an image basically gets stuck on a monitor panel,
this is most common in OLED / Plasma / CRT displays but it can happen on LCD displays as well.
Image retention is the reason screen savers were created in the first place. This is still a concern
today especially with SmallHD’s OLED products. To avoid burn in you should try not to leave the
same image on the monitor for an extended period of time- even something like frame lines can
burn into your monitor. Burn in is Not covered by warranty policy Repair Policy for monitors over 2
years old:
Due to a limited availability of parts for our monitors we can only offer repairs within 2 years of your
original purchase date. So to find out if your monitor is repairable use the info below

If you are past the 1 year mark there will be a cost associated with your repair as per our 1 year
limited warranty policy.

TV One Limited Warranty Effective 1-May-2010
TV One warrants the original purchaser that the equipment it manufactures or sells will be free from
defects in materials and workmanship for a fixed term from the date of purchase. The warranty term
for specific product lines is defined below.
TV One branded products based on TV One’s CORIO technology are warranted for a period of five
years from the date of purchase. This includes products with the model number prefix of C2, 1T-C2,
CX, A2 or S2.

TV One-task branded products, other than those based on TV One’s CORIO technology mentioned
above, are warranted for a period of three years from the date of purchase. This includes products
with the model number prefix of 1T, with the exception of 1T-C2
LCD Monitors are warranted for a period of three years from the date of purchase, with the
exception of the LCD panels integrated into the monitors that are supplied by third parties. LCD
panels are limited to the term and conditions of the warranty offered by the respective LCD panel
manufacturer. Such specific LCD panel warranties are available upon request to TV One.
Should a product, in TV One’s opinion, prove defective within this warranty period, TV One, at its
option, will repair or replace this product without charge. Any defective parts replaced become the
property of TV One. This warranty does not apply to those products which have been damaged due
to accident, unauthorized alterations, improper repair, modifications, inadequate maintenance and
care, or use in any manner for which the product was not originally intended.
If repairs are necessary under this warranty policy, the original purchaser must obtain a Return
Authorization Number from TV One and return the product to a location designated by TV One,
freight prepaid. After repairs are complete, the product will be returned, freight prepaid.
LIMITATIONS - All products sold are "as is" and the above Limited Warranty is in lieu of all other
warranties for this product, expressed or implied, and is strictly limited to the term lengths
mentioned above from the date of purchase. TV One assumes no liability to distributors, resellers or
end-users or any third parties for any loss of use, revenue or profit.
TV One makes no other representation of warranty as to fitness for the purpose or merchantability
or otherwise in respect of any of the products sold. The liability of TV One with respect to any
defective products will be limited to the repair or replacement of such products. In no event shall TV
One be responsible or liable for any damage arising from the use of such defective products whether
such damages be direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, and whether such damages are
incurred by the reseller, end-user or any third party.

Lightware
Lightware Visual Engineering LLC (Lightware) warrants to all trade and end user customers that any Lightware product purchased will be free from manufacturing defects in both material and workmanship for three (3) years from purchase unless stated otherwise below. The warranty period will begin from the latest possible date where proof of purchase/delivery can be provided by the customer. In the event that no proof can be provided (invoice), the warranty period will begin from point of delivery from Lightware.
a. 25G and MODEX product series will be subject to a seven (7) year warranty period under the same terms as outlined in this document.
1.1 If, during the first three (3) months of purchase, the customer is unhappy with any aspect of a Lightware product, Lightware will accept a return for full credit.
1.2 Any product that fails in the first six (6) months of the warranty period will automatically be eligible for replacement and advanced replacement where available.
1.3 Product failures from six (6) months to the end of the warranty period will either be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Lightware. If Lightware chooses to replace the product then the replacement will be warranted for the remainder of the original unit’s warranty period.

Atomos - 1 Year Standard Warranty
Atomos offers a standard 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. For products with a MSRP over US$500, the standard warranty can be extended from 1 year to 3 years by registering the product at atomos.com/support. Some exclusions apply to the extended warranty.
Atomos - 3 Years Extended Warranty
The extended warranty covers defects in workmanship on the main product excluding the TFT/LCD panel, external accessories and defects caused by neglect, improper or negligent acts, repairs or attempted repairs, tampering with or modification of the goods, connection to incompatible equipment or power sources, exposure to water or weather, exposure to magnetic fields or corrosive liquids or substances, physical damage. The warranty is also exclusively for the original purchaser (not assignable or transferable) and does not include shipping costs for returning the goods to ATOMOS or its authorized distributor. Upon acceptance of a warranty claim, ATOMOS will be responsible for reasonable shipping costs incurred in sending the goods back to the customer, provided that customer is located in a country in which ATOMOS has an authorized distributor or repair centre or agent.

The following Angelbird products are covered by this warranty for a period of two years from the date of original retail purchase within the European Union: Wings PCIe SSD RAID Card, Crest SSD, Wings SSD Expansion Cartridges.
Angelbird - 1 Year Limited Warranty
For any products purchased in other countries outside the European Union, the warranty period is limited to one year unless otherwise specified by the local customer rights laws. Discontinued products not listed in the warranty are no longer covered as their warranty has expired. This limited warranty applies only to the original end user customer of the product for so long as the original end user customer owns the product. This limited warranty is non-transferable.
G-Technology
How long does limited warranty coverage last?
This limited warranty lasts for 1 year, 2 years, 3 years or 5 years, or a fixed period from date of purchase, depending on when and where it was originally purchased. To determine the warranty specifically for your G-Technology product, visit www.g-technology.com. A valid proof of purchase may be required to prove eligibility. If you do not have a valid proof of purchase, the limited warranty period will be measured from the date of sale by G-Technology to the authorized distributor.

How long is my teleprompter under warranty?
A. All our Master Series monitors carry an extended 2-year warranty.
All our Professional Series monitors, Starter Series monitors, controllers and other hardware carry a 1-year warranty.

Software support is provided free of charge during office hours to our Prompting & Presentation customers for the lifetime of the product.

Canon
Imaging Products European Warranty System (EWS)
Canon and the EWS-members warrant the hardware of this product to be in good working order during the warranty period. In the event that the hardware is found to be defective within the warranty period, hardware repair service will be provided free of charge at the authorized Canon service centre(s) in the countries of membership of EWS.
This Return To Base Warranty applies to Canon products, intended for and purchased within the European Economic Area (“EEA”) plus Switzerland.
EWS service free of charge may be obtained only against presentation of this warranty card together with the original invoice/cash ticket issued to the customer by the retailer, and if the warranty card states (a) the purchaser's name, (b) the retailer's name and address, (c) the model name and serial number, if any, of the purchased product and (d) the date of purchase of the product. Canon reserves the right to refuse warranty service if this information is not complete or has been removed or changed after the original purchase of the product by the consumer from the retailer.
Canon further reserves the right to replace the defective product with another equivalent product which has the same or better quality to the defective product, instead of repairing the defective product.

NEC - 12 Months
Warranty for defects
The product qualities shall principally be defined solely in NEC’s product specifications. Public statements, promotions or producer advertisements may not be construed to be contractual specifications of the product quality

The customer is obligated to lodge written customer's complaint about obvious defects to NEC within a period of ten days following receipt of the goods; in other case, assertion of warranty claims for damages is excluded. The deadline will be considered observed if the complaint is mailed within the time stipulated
In case of defects, NEC shall, at its discretion, furnish warranty by way of rework or replacement (supplementary performance).
Should such supplementary performance fail, the customer may at his discretion demand reduction of purchase price or withdrawal from contract. However, the right to claim rescission of contract is excluded for only minor contract breaches, specifically in case of insignificant defects

In case customer opts for rescission of contract after supplementary performance failed, he is not entitled to any additional claims for damages due to the complained defect
.
If the customer asserts claims for damages after failed supplementary performance, the goods remain with the customer, if such may reasonably be expected of him. Claims for damages are restricted to the difference between the purchase price and the value of the defective purchase item. This shall not apply if NEC fraudulently violated the contract
.
The period of warranty shall be 12 months; such period shall start with the transfer of risk. Any claims the customer may have based on manufacturer's warranty shall remain unaffected
