COURIER CHOICE AND CUT-OFF TIMES
For goods up to 2kg in weight, we use Royal Mail Special Delivery™ Next Day. This is a guaranteed delivery service for urgent or valuable items before 1.00pm the next working day to 99% of the UK. The cut-off time for same-day dispatch of orders under 2kgs is 4pm.
For goods over 2kg in weight, we use one of the major three carriers, DHL, UPS, or Fedex. The cut-off time for same-day dispatch of orders over 2kgs is 1pm.
PACKAGING
For environmental reasons, our policy is to use the minimum amount of packaging required to safely deliver your goods. Wherever possible, we will use biodegradable/sustainable packaging materials.
