Blackmagic Intensity Pro HDMI Capture Card

Get the quality which used to be the preserve of feature films and television programmes, for your own projects! Add full 1080p capture to your PC with this very cost affective HDMI capture card. Also suitable for professionals, the HDMI output enables full HD monitoring on a consumer priced flat-screen TV – no need to purchase an expensive HD-SDI monitor.
The Intensity Pro also has analogue video and audio inputs and outputs for maximum connectivity. This enables capture and playback of NTSC, PAL and component material from VHS or DVD players.
This card is compatible with all video software (QuickTime™ and DirectShow™). Use Final
Cut Studio™ on Mac OS X™ or Premiere Pro™ on Windows XP™ for editing, then combine Adobe After Effects™ and Photoshop™ for broadcast design and paint. Then finish your job by using DVD authoring software to give your clients a DVD.
Note that by law, copy protected HDMI sources (commercially available Blue-Rays etc.) cannot be captured due to HDCP encryption/copy protection.

| Compatibility | The HDMI standard sometimes includes copy protection encryption, such as commonly found on DVD players and some brands of set top boxes. When connected to these copy protected sources, the HDMI specification defines that Intensity cards cannot capture. Always confirm copyright ownership before capture or distribution of content. Intensity media file formats are fully compatible with DeckLink and Multibridge capture cards. Compatible with Microsoft Windows™ and Apple Intel based Mac Pro systems. Apple Power PC systems are not yet supported. |
